We find suitable candidates within one week

We will source, screen and interview numerous applicants and present you 3-5 talents that we think are a great fit for you. Optionally, those talents will complete a sample work task for you, so you can truly judge the quality of their work.

Once you have chosen your freelancer or employee we will connect the two of you, give orientation and help you to ensure a smooth workflow. We offer supports in all regards for the first 30 days of the process with your newly hired worker.

Full-time employees (40 hours per week) in the Philippines across industries usually expect a minimum salary of 30,000 pesos per month (480 € / 510 $). More experienced candidates expect 40,000 – 50,0000 pesos per month (630-790 € / 680 – 850 $). The advantage is, that no additional charges on top of the salary have to be paid. Even the salaries seem low for international standards, these wages are still higher than many local salaries. Freelancers typically expect a project based compensation of 2000 – 4000 pesos per day (30-60 € / 35-70$).

You can hire an employee or freelancer based in the Philippines for a variety of tasks, as long as these tasks can be done remotely. For example as personal assistant, marketing manager, but also as video editor, graphic designer or e-commerce specialist. Full-time employees will even adjust their working hours to your local time zone. Fast internet is given in the Philippines and does not represent an obstacle. The only thing you need to provide for employees is software access, if required. Freelancers will have their own software subscription to fullfill their tasks.

No matter if working with an employee in the Philippines or a freelancer, we understand that it is important for you to have an invoice as per international accounting standards to deduct all expenses as business expenses in your country of origin. We can also help to setup your collaboration with an employee or freelancer based in the Philippines in a way that ensures all accounting standards are met.
